Thank you for shopping at KKSKY. We appreciate that you’ve chosen to buy our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item(s) to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
Customized, personalized, or sealed goods for health/hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, skincare products, custom jewelry — modify as needed).
Gift cards.
Items marked as final sale or clearance (if clearly stated at purchase).
2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery at kkskysa@163.com. Include your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will review your request and, if eligible, email you a Return Authorization (RMA) and our return shipping address. Do not ship returns without an RMA.
Step 3: Securely pack the eligible item(s) and ship them to the provided address using a trackable shipping service. We strongly recommend retaining your tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
Step 5: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
3. Refund Amount
You will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). In such cases, we will refund standard shipping costs.
If the item is returned in a condition that is not "as new," we may deduct a portion of the refund to account for diminished value.
4. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different one, please contact us first to check availability. The process follows the same return steps. After we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at kkskysa@163.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos or video evidence. We will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement/refund.
